Derick did a great job fixing the plumbing under our kitchen sink. He replaced our disposal and fixed a leak and was able to correct a lot of previously bad work done by another contractor — all on a Saturday I highly recommend them!
Just before I had to fly out, my sink clogged and I needed it fixed the same day. Most places couldn’t accommodate me or made me fill out forms just to wait around for a response. District Capital Services was the only company where I could actually reach someone right away, and thankfully Donzelle and his partner were able to come out within a few hours. They diagnosed the issue immediately, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain what happened and how they fixed it, which I really appreciated. Both were friendly and easygoing, and the pricing felt fair for the quality and speed of the service. They turned a stressful situation into something totally manageable. I’d definitely recommend them and will call again if I need help in the future.

I didn’t catch the technician’s name, but the service he provided was outstanding. We contacted District Capital Services thinking we had accidentally screwed into a standard water pipe while installing custom cabinets. Upon arrival, the technician discovered it was actually a fire sprinkler pipe—something outside their typical scope of work and usually requiring a specialist. Still, he went above and beyond by safely depressurizing the system and draining the line to stop the leak. I truly appreciate his professionalism and quick thinking. Donzelle and his staff were responsive, polite, and efficient! They were able to come out on a short turnaround and quickly solved a dishwasher drain issue. I especially appreciated that Donzelle was also willing to provide initial advice based on a photo, helping me to identify the correct valve to shut off water flow to my appliance.
Donzelle was knowledgeable and easy to work with. It took some time for us to figure out my plumbing (there’s a T split instead of a Y at a critical junction), but once we did, Donzelle was able to locate the blockage via camera, clear it with a snake, and then verify with the camera again.
Great Service
They serviced my 95yr old Grandmother's home after her main pipe burst. Not only did they give me a fare estimate, they were able to answer all my questions and ease my mind as I was concerned and never been in this situation before. They told me the work would take 3 days, but the pipe was replaced and finished the same day they started. They arrived when they said they would and called/text in advance to say they were on the way. Not to mention when they came to refill the hole after replacing the pipe, they pulled some weeds and edged up her walkway. I could not ask for anything more and Granny is more happy about that weed pulling then she is about having water.
Called ready to replace my water heater after months of issues. Donzelle talked me through possible causes and alternative solutions for my issue. Not sure yet if his suggestion will fix it, but I appreciate the honesty and integrity to help me find a cheaper less invasive fix before resort to the extreme option. Will definitely be calling him for future projects. Even if his suggestion doesn’t fix my current issue at least I trust he won’t just try to sell something I don’t need.

Donzell rendered services at our home last week to replace a shower faucet cartridge, and we reached out to him again for servicing our gas line repipe for our stove. He came out today to do so. District Capital Services are the best plumbers ever!! Fixed my toilet in under two minutes. I stupidly called Magnolia Plumbing first and they couldn’t fix my toilet and damaged the bottom of the bowl. Then Magnolia insisted I pay them $360 for breaking my toilet!! District Capital came out and immediately fixed the toilet within 2 minutes and only charged $250!!!

We called Donzelle to get an estimate on some plumbing work on our home. We are so happy we did. Donzelle beat another plumbing company’s estimate, and also provided exceptional service. He is definitely an experienced plumber and we are very happy with the quality of his work. After he finished, we asked him to take a look at the water pressure in an upstairs bathroom. My husband and I were expecting it to be a massive costly repair. Donzelle literally pulled a wrench out of his pocket and fixed it in less than 10 min. We highly recommend him and his team. Donzelle did exceptional work, was quick to respond and address any and all issues we had. He started with a prompt response for camera/snake work and then followed up with a full sewer line replacement. The team was extremely hard working to get the job done. They knew all the codes and best practices for good plumbing. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will definitely use again.
Donzelle was communicative and easy to work with with. He came out to look at the issue and then was able to quickly order and pick up the unique water heater size I needed. Install was quick and well done. He even added in shut off valves for the in-flow for my unit so I don't have to shut off building water for future work in my unit. All work was under $2,000.

He was awesome! I spoke with him on the phone about my issue and he troubleshot with me over the phone prior to coming in person. We spent nearly 15minutes on the phone going over all possibilities. With his help I was able to identify the issue and fix it on my own! I appreciate and respect his advice in identifying the issue, but also his honestly in not attempting to hide the issue in order to make money and fix it himself. He actually said “if I can save you time and money, I’d like to!” When I do have an issue that requires his service I will definitely be using him!

Oh yeah! I loved the work District Capital performed. They were punctual and made the job look fun and easy with their friendly faces and warm smiles. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. I found them to be reasonably priced and honest. They replaced the old material with the new. Donzelle researched and found the best possible solution to meet my needs and made it happen. By the time I contacted him the next day to confirm his findings. he had already visited multiple places to locate the materials needed. Donzelle was a god send!! He came out to my business on a weekend when no other companies had any availability. He was prompt and communicative about the process and what needed to happen. I can't say enough great things about Donzelle and his team. His prices are fair, he takes pride in his work, and he knows his stuff. I've brought him out three separate times - once to fix a valve, once to snake a backyard drain and install an access panel, and once to replace pipes from my upstairs bathroom. I dropped my car keys down a city sewer at midnight and these guys came in less than 20 minutes and got them out in 2 minutes! Neither the fire department, water department or public works said they'd be able to remove the sewer cover but these guys got it done. 10/10 would recommend!

When my sewer became backed up in the addition on my home, I called several plumbers. I was very discouraged by what the other companies said. It included jacking up my concrete driveway and walkway and taking out a huge loan. After months of drain cleaners and a couple thousand dollars snaking out the drain, I found District Capital Services LLC. I called Donzelle who came out the same day to troubleshoot. He explained my problem, gave me an idea of the scope of work and an estimate. The most impressive part was that they were able to come up with an alternative that didn’t include jacking up expensive concrete and taking out a huge loan. Derrick was great he supervised the project from start to finish and my drains in the addition are running smoothly. I am so happy and stress free. I had a leak from the main, meaning sewage, in my home and was unable to use the restrooms on our top floors. Donzelle came the same day identified where the leak was and even had to cut through tile to get to the source of the problem. Within an hour I had the leak fixed and our bathrooms were back in order without a problem. Donzelle was personable, very thorough, and quick to get the job done. He sent over everything we needed for our insurance company. We were very pleased and highly recommend!

I’ve had Donzelle come out for a few jobs now. He helped find and fix our drippy bathtub faucet, and him and a small crew replaced an s trap in our laundry room with a p trap and added one to our furnace to help curtail a sewage smell we were having. It was quite in depth and required removing the water heater, and cutting out and replacing drywall. They also added a drip tray to the water heater. Their prices are competitive and honestly, I don’t picture myself calling another plumber.
I needed someone to come out the same day for a plumbing issues and they sent someone within two hours, and the work they did was well done and the guys who did it went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean around the area, definitely using their services again and highly recommend them

Donzelle arrived early just as discussed and was prepared to get the job done. He replaced the main water shutoff valve in the basement. I started installing an inline water filter and ran into an issue. Since he is a professional I asked him to complete the job. He showed a very good work ethic and completed the job and was very reasonable with pricing. He also answered his phone while working without skipping a beat and was very good with customer service. I would highly recommend him for any level of plumbing needs.

THANK YOU District Capital Services! I had a malfunctioning shower knob. My husband diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the tools and confidence to change the problematic cartridge. He didn’t want to make a problem worst. I called several plumbers who would not accept the diagnosis. Donzelle came through! He accepted a video of me struggling to turn on the shower and brought the cartridge on the day of our appointment. We had some scheduling challenges, but nothing major that we couldn’t work through. It was a complicated job of installing a hot water tank heater (condo, tight space), but Donzelle and his team came through. They had to replace 5 water valves—the main shut off, 2 tank valves, and WD hookup valves—during the process because of how old they were. I appreciated his straight talk and expertise!

Donzelle and his team aren't just the best plumbers I've deal with, but the best tradesmen in general - a high compliment. I had an emergency sewer back-up which required immediate action, including digging up and replacing the sewer line. They were on the job the next day and day after and resolved the issue in a totally competent and professional manner. I also give them an A + for transparency, communication, and courtesy. The cost was most reasonable and fair (I know because I ran it by an acquaintance in the industry beforehand.) Donzelle even gives an unheard of 5-year warranty on parts and labor! Nobody likes plumbing problems, but when they happen, call Donzelle. You won't regret it.
