We contacted District Capital Services thinking we had accidentally screwed into a standard water pipe while installing custom cabinets. Upon arrival, the technician discovered it was actually a fire sprinkler pipe—something outside their typical scope of work and usually requiring a specialist. Still, he went above and beyond by safely depressurizing the system and draining the line to stop the leak. I truly appreciate his professionalism and quick thinking.
